La Jolla - Hike

Amazing trails near my hotel...I met a nice lifeguard (Steve - works in La Jolla on Sundays, Mission Beach during the week, wants to go back to school for nursing, picked up on my MN accent immediately!) and he gave good instruction on where to climb and access the beach. The sun was so bright! It sparkled on the water...almost invisible in the photo with a tree on the cliff.
