Car Seat and Bath Time

He looks somewhat terrified of the car seat, but luckily he has "ellie" the Elephant to bring with him wherever we go! He actually does great in the car. I realize that we won't be able to have the same type of conversations in the car as other families because of his deafness. I'm sure we will learn to adjust and figure something out, but it is one of those "ah ha" moments...I need to think creatively about how to comfort or protect or signal him without using speech. Maybe the best thing is to practice safe driving and focus on the road without getting distracted by this little cutie!
